Transco MFG ​

Manufacturing Facility & Office

​

Transco MFG, an international drilling equipment manufacturer required new fabrication space with updated office facilities, including meeting spaces, showpiece reception and client entertaining space.

​

The double height reception space displays a wall mounted drilling piece above the contemporary reception area. Office spaces are located to the ground floor, with meeting and entertaining areas located on the first floor with views into the manufacturing space and the surrounding landscaped gardens.


The manufacturing space incorporates two over head cranes which services the 1000 square metre machinery and storage areas. Staff areas including toilets, locker rooms and lunch areas have also been provided.

Builders Office & Yard​

Edge Architects were asked to provide planning drawings for a builders yard and office on Grand Junction road in Adelaids north.

​

The scheme required carefull consideration as the building had to provide a contemporary and commercial frontage which alligned with the builders professional reputation however had to be sympathetic to the fact that the surrounding area was heavely populated by residential developments.

​

The design incorporated ground floor reception and meeting spaces with undercroft parking and direct access to the adjacent storage area. The first floor contained general work stations, offices and staff amenities with large offices for the general manager containing private bathrooms and meeting areas.

Wingfield Development ​

Adaptable Office & Warehouses

​The Wingield development houses multiple tenancies and caters for flexibility in leasing arrangements.


The development boasts three 1355 square meter warehouses with large column free canopies and
contemporary office spaces.
The configuration maximised the leasable space for the site and provides a functional environment for a range of
different business.

​

Designed primarily to house three main tenancies, the warehouse spaces are capable of being opened to form larger spaces whilst office spaces are able to be extended to suite tenancy
requirements.

Kilburn Development ​​

Office & Warehouses


The development boasts two 1000 square meter warehouses with large column free canopies and contemporary office spaces.

​

Designed to cater for companies requiring prime mover access, the development boast large covered loading areas, truck access into warehouse areas and improved truck manoeuvring space within the parking area.

​

The development has been deigned with removable walls and wall panels within the warehouse and offices allowing greater flexibility in leasing arrangements.
