Following the completion of the base building, Edge Architects were brought on board to complete the internal fit out for a multinational company.
The fit out included the formal entry and reception space, meeting rooms, office space and staff lunch facilities.

The internal fitout of the facility played a key role in the initial design of the space. Being one of the largest flower distribution facilities within South Australia, a functional layout and optimisation of the space used was key to this design.
The facility contains large cool storage containers directly accessible from adjacent sorting spaces and loading docks.
Reception and general display space is located on the ground floor of the atrium space, providing an ever changing environment, making the most of the abundant natural lighting.

This project saw the existing dated office space demolished to make way for a fresh and functional fitout that took into consideration the existing building fenestration, orientation and location.
The fitout included all new office spaces, meeting areas and reception and administration facilities.
