The building will accommodate 12 apartments, each containing private balconies to each apartment, 2 to 3 bedrooms, open plan living, dining and kitchen spaces and private laundry
facilities.

Hickinbotham Homes

Edge Architects teamed up with Hickinbotham Homes to develop a portfolio of homes reflecting the character of the Nuriootpa region for the new Barossa Estate.

Elevated roof pitches and local stonework pay homage to the Barossa’s rich heritage, while inside the homes are designed for modern living.

Although the designs feature traditional and contemporary styled facades, harmony and synergy are achieved through colour schemes, materials and roof pitches .
